Quibalorghar is committed to providing quality tailoring services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your alterations.

Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of alterations performed by Quibalorghar, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of tailoring services, refunds are not typically available. However, Quibalorghar will make every effort to correct any issues with our work. If we cannot resolve your concerns, we will discuss appropriate solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Card Returns

Gift cards from Quibalorghar are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items

If your garment is damaged while in our care, Quibalorghar will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Please inspect your garments upon pickup and report any concerns immediately.
